Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To keep mobile visits running smoothly, please review our cancellation terms:

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment: A 15% service fee will be retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
  • No-show (not present or unreachable after a 5-minute grace period): No refund will be issued.

If travel has already begun, any mileage, parking, or toll charges (if applicable) are nonrefundable.


Late Arrivals

A 5-minute grace period is provided. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation under the policy above.


Specimen Readiness & Lab Acceptance

Please ensure your kit is fully prepared and ready at the time of your appointment — including all required requisitions, collection containers/tubes, labels, and prepaid mailers (if applicable).

If a kit or order is incomplete at the time of your visit, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.


Unsuccessful Draw

Unsuccessful draw (no specimen obtained): refund minus $25 attempt / travel fee (includes one free re‐stick during same visit).


Re-Draws

  • If a re-draw is required due to a Veno Diagnostics collection error, the re-draw will be performed at no charge within 7 days.
  • If a re-draw is required due to patient, kit, or lab/order issues (such as missing or incorrect requisitions, expired kits, or lab refusal unrelated to our collection), a new visit fee applies.

Weather, Safety & Operational Exceptions

Fees are waived if Veno Diagnostics must cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, courier or lab closures, or operational issues beyond the patient’s control.
