Our Services

At‐home venipuncture for your specialty kit (e.g., Rupa kits, prenatal genetics, DUTCH, Genova, ZRT, Everlywell, trace‐element/metal‐free, etc.). We collect, process per kit SOP (centrifuge if required), package, and drop off/ship as instructed.

For kits designed for self-collection (such as urine, saliva, stool, or dried blood), this courtesy service assists with shipping your prepared kit if you’re unable to drop it off yourself. Please see our pricing page for collection-only fees

If you need both a blood draw and a specimen pick-up during the same visit. This ensures all your samples are collected and delivered in one convenient appointment

Veno Diagnostics operates by appointment to best serve our patients. Limited evening and weekend slots are available, and additional times may be arranged upon request. Please view our booking calendar or reach out directly to discuss your needs.

HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Prepare Your Lab Kit – Use any lab kit provided by your healthcare provider or ordered through a specialty testing company.
2️⃣ Book With Us – Schedule your appointment on our Acuity calendar. In the notes, include the name of your lab kit and any specific handling or shipping instructions.
3️⃣ We Come to You – A certified mobile phlebotomist will collect your sample at your home, office, or preferred location.
4️⃣ We Handle the Rest – We complete all labeling, packaging, and same-day shipment or local drop-off of your lab kit through FedEx, UPS, or direct delivery to the designated laboratory.
Payments & Insurance
Insurance: Veno Diagnostics does not bill insurance. Our fee covers the in‐home phlebotomy service only (collection/processing and, when applicable, drop‐off/shipping). Laboratory testing is billed separately by the laboratory (insurance or self‐pay). HSA/FSA accepted. Itemized receipt available (may list CPT 36415 as a courtesy; reimbursement is not guaranteed).
Deposit: A deposit is not required at booking. However, full payment must be completed before any services are performed.
Cancellation / No‐Show: ≥24h notice: full payment refund. <24h or no‐show: payment forfeited.
